Cerceal Labs is a small, independent team building an AI website builder that treats a finished site as the unit of work — routed, styled, hosted and versioned, not a screenshot of one.
Most builders stop at a nice hero. The moment you need a second page, real data, a publishing flow or code you can own, the tooling falls away and you are back in a sprint. We started Cerceal to close that gap.
The product is a pipeline, not a chat toy. Your prompt becomes a build plan, the plan becomes routed React source, the source is compiled and repaired server-side, generated imagery and cinematic clips are produced and hosted, and the result is pinned to a versioned URL you can roll back at any time.
We care about the parts nobody demos: compile failures fixed automatically, admin routes that cannot be self-granted, published sites that stay up, and an export button that actually gives you the whole codebase.

Principles
Whole sites, not fragments
A build is only finished when the homepage, inner pages, navigation, footer and legal pages all exist and compile.
Taste is a requirement
Generic gradients, emoji filler and template layouts are rejected by the pipeline, not left to the user to clean up.
No lock-in
Everything Cerceal generates is plain React and Vite source you can export and host anywhere.
Show the work
Plans, file writes, repairs and errors stream in the open so you always know what the agent is doing.
