Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content and conduct

Illegal material, or content that facilitates crime, including child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, or the sale of controlled substances, weapons or stolen data.

Fraud and deception: phishing, fake stores, impersonation of a person, brand or authority, deceptive claims, or sites designed to harvest credentials or payment details.

Malware and attacks: distributing malicious code, running denial-of-service or scanning activity, mining cryptocurrency on our infrastructure, or attempting to bypass our limits, sandboxes, credit system or access controls.

Infringement: publishing content you do not have the rights to, including copyrighted works, trademarks and private personal data.

Harassment, threats, incitement to violence, hateful content targeting protected characteristics, and sexual content involving minors.

Regulated or high-risk uses without proper qualification and safeguards, including medical, legal or financial advice presented as professional, and any use where failure of AI-generated code could endanger health, safety or critical infrastructure.

Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, misleading SEO doorway pages, or reselling Cerceal capacity as your own AI-building service.

Security expectations for what you build

Sites you generate may include accounts, admin areas and stored data. You are responsible for reviewing generated code before you rely on it, keeping administrative access restricted, and not storing sensitive data such as payment card numbers or health records in generated projects.

Do not disable or work around the role checks and access controls the builder puts in place, and do not publish default or shared credentials.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, and we may remove content, unpublish a site, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Where practical and lawful we will tell you why, but serious or repeated abuse can result in immediate removal without notice.

Reporting abuse or infringement

To report a site hosted by Cerceal, email legal@cerceal.cloud with the URL, a description of the problem, and, for copyright claims, identification of the work, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act. We review reports and act on valid ones.
